Our construction is always overseen by a working supervisor who will bring the utmost care and attention to detail to each jobsite daily. Each of the working supervisors report directly to a licensed general contractor on staff who stresses that quality control is paramount. Whether it is building a new gazebo or a floating dock, you can rest assured that Premier Deck & Dock has an eye on the little things, giving you peace of mind that the large things will turn out the way you envisioned.

Renovation

Deck and dock renovations are not always as easy as they seem. Something as easy as re-decking a surface appears to be a quick and easy process, however, experience has proven otherwise. Substructure must be inspected and repaired, sections must be leveled and trued, and overall fit and finish must be analyzed to ensure that when the new decking goes down, no surprises are left lurking underneath. This attention to detail is brought to all of our r enovations. Whether it is simply replacing a busted handrail or a full boat house remodel, Premier Deck & Dock takes every renovation seriously.

The design of your outdoor space is the cornerstone of the entire project. Taking the time to meet with our customers and get a feel for their needs and desires ensures that the end result is something that will be used for many years to come. Building off of our experience and customer feedback, we aim to help you refine your design to make it both functional and attractive.

Information on environmental and building restrictions is often difficult to obtain, much less decipher. We keep an up-to-date checklist for most of the municipalities and counties in Central Florida readily at our side. Using the knowledge gleaned from all of our permit submissions, we strive to ensure that the first submission will be the only submission for any permit required, thus getting your dock or deck built that much faster.
