Premier Deck & Dock is a full service marine contractor in Central Florida. PDD opened its door for business after the hurricane filled summer of 2004. Owned by local residents, Steve and Mary Goonen, the company got off to a great start rebuilding in the aftermath of Charley, Frances, Ivan and Jeanne. Based in SW Orlando, many of the early projects were located in the Dr. Phillips area of Orlando.  Today, PDD services most of the Central Florida area, including Orange, Osceola, Lake and Seminole Counties.

Premier Deck and Dock is a fully licensed and insured Florida company. With a licensed general contractor on staff (CGC 1512225), we are qualified to build even the most complex structures. We have all necessary requirements to complete both residential and commercial deck and/or dock projects.
