Premier Deck & Dock is a full service marine contractor in Central Florida. PDD opened its door for business after the hurricane filled summer of 2004. Owned by two local residents, Mary Goonen and Robin Lopez, the company got off to a great start rebuilding in the aftermath of Charley, Frances, Ivan and Jeanne. Based in SW Orlando, many of the early projects were located in the Dr. Phillips area of Orlando. As jobs were completed and word got around, Premier Deck & Dock began taking on jobs in other portions of Orlando as well. Today, PDD services most of the Central Florida area, ranging from Clermont to Kissimmee.

Having been around construction for great lengths of time, Mary and Robin chose to base the company on a different set of principals. Precision and punctuality were at the forefront. It was understood early on that a homeowner wouldn't be happy with a perfect dock if it wasn't finished on schedule or on budget. Conversely, homeowners would not be happy with a quick job that left a less than desired end result. Thus, Premier was based on giving homeowners high quality and attention to detail in a timely manner.

Premier Deck and Dock is a fully licensed and insured company in the state of Florida. With licensed general contractors on staff, we are qualified to build even the most complex structures. We have all necessary requirements to complete both residential and commercial deck and/or dock projects including, but not limited to, workerÂ’s compensation coverage and general liability coverage.
